This pull request rotates the Ansible-vaulted password for stackhpc_repo_mirror_password in the ci-multinode environment. My review identifies a potential configuration inconsistency. Other CI environments (ci-aio, ci-builder) use the same username (skc-ci-aio) but their passwords are not being updated in this PR. If the password for the skc-ci-aio account was rotated globally, this change should be propagated to all relevant environment files to prevent authentication failures. I have left a comment detailing this concern.
